I think I want to pursue gaining the skills of portrait photography in the future. Browsing dA puts a lot of ideas in ones mind. So any advice would be helpful. Don't expect any new portrait deviations yet!

I am not an artist at all. I don't see myself as having an "eye for art." Looking at the artwork on here, and for some reason renewing my registration at (at least I think) an architecturally inspired building complex gave me a desire. I now want to stroll around my home town and look for opportunities for "artistic photo opps."
That's one aspect I love about my city: its artistic expression in the community, even in old-style architecture it boasts.
So, if I can, and if the weather is fun enough for photography, I think I'm going to take this "tour" tomorrow morning. I haven't really done it here in a couple of years. Maybe I should revita
